ok so from the beginning of times, I was an unhealthy and obese kid. people used to make fun of me where ever I would go whether to school, to the supermarket or to the playground. my classmates never allowed me to play with them just because of my unhealthy physique. my eating habits were quite messed up, to be honest, but I never really cared. the usual taunts and comments of people drove me towards emotional eating.
when I was in 10th standard my weight hit an extreme 200 pounds. my health started to decline. I was low on stamina and energy nearly all of the times. then one day something hit me and I decided to change myself for the better. I decided to adopt a healthier lifestyle. by adopting a few strategies and certain workouts I was able to shed 60 pounds in a period of 3 years or so. it took me quite some time but the results were fruitful with the grace of GOD
In this blog, I would share some techniques, methods and ways and plus some nutrition advice which would surely help a lot of people.
I believe experience is a very effective teacher, what it taught me i would love to share the same with all of you
